This condo is all about the balance—clean, modern lines paired with layered textures and pieces that tell a story. What was once a dated, uninspired space is now a calm, light-filled retreat where every detail is doing just a little more.
The kitchen leans into a minimalist European vibe with flat slab cabinetry, integrated lighting, flush-mounted appliances, and slim, understated pulls. We used MSI quartz on the counters and backsplash for a sleek, seamless look that feels both elevated and effortless.
The primary bathroom presented a classic high-rise challenge: long, narrow, and no natural light. By removing the original tub, we made room for a more generous shower and added a second closet—huge win for storage. We rotated an existing linen closet to carve out space for a floating vanity with textural detail that really anchors the room. A wide LED mirror helps open things up, and little upgrades like digital shower controls, a fold-down acrylic seat, and pocket doors make the space function beautifully without compromising on style.
Every choice throughout the home was intentional. Motorized Lutron shades let in (or block out) dramatic views of Sugarloaf and the Blue Ridge peaks. Vintage pieces and family heirlooms—like the rosewood secretary and a ginger jar passed down from mom—live alongside modern staples from CB2, West Elm, and BluDot. It’s a curated mix that feels considered, not decorated.
Even the smaller baths got special treatment. The hall bath features show-stopping accent tile, while the powder room brings in just the right amount of drama with luxe finishes and sculptural lighting.
This home is a quiet study in contrasts—old and new, soft and structured, polished and personal.
