The clients tasked us with completely updating the entire first floor of their home. The renovation included the foyer, powder room, kitchen, family room, formal living room, dining room, and library.
Of Note:
New window treatments, floor coverings, furniture, custom millwork and lighting throughout home
Created a dramatic dining room at the center of main floor
Replaced dark and dated cabinets on kitchen island and coffee bar with painted cabinets; installed new hood; refinished range top cabinet to match perimeter; changed cabinet hardware; updated countertop and backsplash
Replaced tile floor in kitchen with wood and refinished floors throughout home for seamless look
Created five additional custom cabinets in living room, study, family room and closet
Created walk-in closet with charging station for larger household batteries (ie: lawn mower)
